The modern-designed project promotes sustainability and energy efficiency. The new masterplan includes a luxury hotel and residence, a yacht club and an apartament building, all interconnected by urban green spaces and cycling paths, along with new parking and boat slips.
The New Marina project reimagined and modernized old architectural concepts, addressing present sustainability and energy efficiency needs. Focused on the environment, international trends, and energy control, the design enhances a vital area envisioning the sea, city, and port's future. A green connection linking port and historic center integrates services, solar panels shading buildings and parking, climatic islands, and advanced marine technologies. Well-being and inclusivity stand at the heart of Imperia Port's revival.
